We have once again secured one of the top weeks of the year for a return visit to Turneffe Flats! In addition to the regular species (bonefish, Permit, Snook, Triggers, Barracuda) found on Turneffe, we will have shots at 100+ lb migratory Tarpon!!!
Turneffe Flats has long been recognized as a premier saltwater fly fishing, scuba diving and marine ecotourism destination. Located on Belize’s Turneffe Atoll, the largest and most biologically diverse atoll in the Caribbean, Turneffe Flats Lodge specializes in superior service for a limited number of guests. They are ideally located to enjoy all of Turneffe’s 250 square miles of expansive saltwater flats, healthy coral reef and remarkably rich marine habitat.
For more than three decades, Turneffe Flats has been known as one of the world’s premier flats fishing destinations combining a remarkable fishery with excellent English-speaking guides, top-notch equipment, superior accommodations and service. The ability to sight-fish for BONEFISH, PERMIT and TARPON on any given day makes Turneffe one of the few places where a Grand Slam is always a possibility.
The interior of the Turneffe Atoll offers miles of mangrove-lined bays, creeks and lagoons to fish for snook, various species of snapper, jacks and barracuda with poppers or Clouser minnows. This can be some very exciting saltwater fishing with a fly rod.
Barracuda are an underrated and acrobatic game fish inhabiting the reefs at Turneffe in large numbers. Some anglers prefer to troll a fly for them, but they can also be taken by sight casting on the flats or by casting poppers into the deeper holes along the reef.
Along the reef, wading anglers can take snappers and jacks by casting deceiver patterns or poppers into the surf. Spending some time during your stay at Turneffe “chasing” other species is always fun and usually rewarding.
In addition to the fishing program, Turneffe offers a wonderful “Atoll Adventure” for the non-fisher in your life!

Angler Rate, 7night/6days: $5890.00pp (shared boat and room)
$8090.00pp (Single Boat/Guide and private room)
Atol Adventure Rate: $3690.00pp
Note: Anglers and non-anglers can be paired at the above rates assuming we achieve even numbers of anglers and non-anglers. For example, a couple can be paired with another couple that have an angler and non-angler package. If an odd number occurs there will be an extra charge for private boats or private rooms. Diving packages are also available. Anglers booked on an angler package may also dive or participate on atoll adventure boat on a space available basis. An angler package allows for the most versatility of activities.
Included: Accommodations and meals at the lodge, 6 days guided fishing or atoll adventure, all Belizean & hotel taxes, round-trip transportation between Belize City and the lodge.
Not Included: Airfare, accommodations and meals in Belize City (if needed), staff & guide gratuities, fishing equipment rentals, dive equipment rentals, alcohol, $40 Blue Hole entrance fee.
