Intro Fly Tying Class

Folks who learn to tie their own flies become more proficient fly fishers. You will enhance your understanding of the underwater world, develop a clearer picture of what, when and where fish eat, learn to replicate the right bug, experience the satisfaction of catching a fish with your own creation, and enjoy a fascinating new hobby. The dreary winter months pass more quickly when you visualize the desired fly, select the appropriate materials, face your tying vice, insert the appropriate hook, and develop your own imitation. You will develop a skill base which will allow you to tackle most tying challenges.

The class will be four sessions, beginning Monday, January 12th

7:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. at the shop.
